Intellectual information is often treated differently than pure services. The theory is that once a consultant has dispensed information and performed the required services he is no longer needed. A good example of this is the service of a physician. You might go to a physician for a rash only to find you are allergic to the bath soap that you have been using. Cure is simple. Change bath soaps and apply a corticosteroid. You may have been struggling with this rash for years, only to find that the cure was in itself simple. You may have never seen this cure by yourself. It would be foolish for the physician to wait for the patient to discontinue the soap and apply the cream before collecting his charges.
We have Four Packages to Fit Your Franchising Needs:
Our basic package is intended to allow the business owner to accomplish the franchising of his business with the maximum intensity of participation in the process, but at the lowest price tag. We write the Franchise Documentation (FDD), we help you with setting up a compliant franchising entity (Franchising Corporation); we assist you in applying for a Federal Trademark, and give general consulting advice
Our second package is intended for the business owner who has already accumulated checklists, receipts, and daily operating manuals, but needs our help to put these items into a working Franchise Operations Manual.
In our third package we offer further assistance in the conception of logos, brochures, tag lines, marketing and sales materials to create your company’s public identity.
In our full "WE-COME-TO-YOU" Consulting Package we do all of the above plus, we train your Home Office employees in FTC Rule Compliance, and support your company in setting up a sales program, and in brokering your franchise offering. If you do not know where to start, or don’t have time then this is the package for you.

As you might have noticed on our services page, the Franchise Disclosure Documents are finished after the bulk of the other materials are delivered. Once I have delivered all of the state specific application forms, training and operational materials, print ads, logos, fliers, sales brochures, logo art, and franchise offering brochures, I am at a distinct disadvantage, having only intellectual information to dispense. Hence, since we incur a great deal of cost in travel, lodging, and wages we work the payment as follows.
